Focus coaching · How to improve focus

You sit down to work. Twenty minutes later you're still on your phone.

One notification, one quick check, one video. Your attention jumps from tab to tab, task to task. By the end of the day you've been "busy" for hours and done very little that mattered. Reading a single page without drifting feels hard now.

ध्यान लगाना चाहते हैं, पर मन भाग जाता है।

Learning how to improve focus is about training attention, the same way you'd train a muscle.

How do I improve my focus?

To improve focus, first remove your biggest distraction, usually the phone. Then work on one task at a time for 25–30 minutes, with short breaks. Decide your most important task before the day starts. Focus coaching with Priyank Dadhich builds these habits and works on what pulls your mind away, online across India or in Jaipur.

How to improve focus: a person reflecting during a one-on-one coaching session

People usually come to us when

  • The phone and small tasks break concentration all day
  • They start many things and finish few
  • Reading or studying for long feels impossible
  • They work from home and get distracted easily
  • They feel mentally tired but haven't done any focused work

How do I stop getting distracted by my phone?

Make the phone harder to reach during focus time: another room, notifications off, apps logged out. Replace the urge with a planned break later. Check your screen time once a week and set app limits on the two apps that take most of your day. Coaching helps you notice what you're escaping when you reach for the phone, like boredom, stress or uncertainty.

How coaching helps

A ₹500, 30-minute first session. If you continue, around 7 sessions are usually recommended, with WhatsApp support. They cover checking what distracts you, focus routines, short exercises to train focus, and someone checking on your progress.

If concentration problems are severe and long-standing, and you suspect a condition like ADHD, please see a psychiatrist or psychologist for assessment.
