What we collect.

Details you give when booking, filling a form or messaging us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, and anything you choose to tell us about why you're reaching out.
Booking details through Calendly and payment details processed by Razorpay/UPI. We do not store your card or bank details; the payment provider handles them.
Basic website usage data (pages visited, device type) through analytics tools, if used.

Why we collect it. To book and run your sessions, send reminders and joining links, respond to your questions, send webinar information you asked for, and improve the website.

What you share in sessions. What you discuss in coaching is kept confidential between you and Priyank. It is not shared with anyone without your consent, except where required by law or where someone's safety is at serious risk.

Who we share data with. Only service providers needed to run sessions and payments (for example Calendly, Razorpay, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp). We do not sell your data.

WhatsApp messages. If you ticked consent or messaged us, we may contact you on WhatsApp about your booking or webinar. You can ask us to stop at any time.

How long we keep data. We keep your data only as long as needed for coaching, legal or tax reasons. After that, we delete it.

Your rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access your personal data, correct it or erase it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also nominate someone to use these rights for you if you are unable to. Under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.

Changes. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be on this page.
