Terms and Conditions

About the service. Priyank Dadhich provides life coaching and business coaching, online (Zoom or Google Meet) and in person in Jaipur, in Hindi or English.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Coaching does not diagnose, treat or cure any mental or physical health condition and is not a substitute for a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact Tele-MANAS (14416) or emergency services (112).

Results. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort. No specific result is guaranteed.

Your decisions. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, during and after coaching.

Booking and payment. Sessions are booked through the booking calendar and paid via the Razorpay/UPI link sent after booking. See the Refund Policy for fees and rescheduling.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule up to 1 hour before your session.

WhatsApp support. Between sessions you can message on WhatsApp for short check-ins. WhatsApp support is not an emergency service. In a crisis, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or emergency services on 112.

Recording. Sessions are not recorded by either side without written consent.

Courses. Course fees, batch dates and format are shared before you pay. Course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

Under 18. Clients under 18 need a parent's or guardian's knowledge and consent before coaching begins.

Conduct. Sessions must be respectful on both sides. We may end a session if conduct becomes abusive.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
